In Q4 take-up increased by 24% to 391,000 sq ft, up from 317,000 sq ft in Q3. Twelve months earlier in Q4 2010 take-up amounted to 225,000 sq ft.

In the year to December rolling 12 month take-up increased to 1.3 million sq ft up from 1.1 million sq ft in the year to September.

Supply

In Q4 availability decreased by 5.9% to 1.60 million sq ft down from 1.70 million sq ft in Q3.

In the last 12 months availability has decreased by 33% down from 2.4 million sq ft available in Q4 2010.
