Did you know that behind each real estate decision there are up to five key decision makers? In this market, business strategies change and that means that so do property strategies. So how do you ensure your property marketing reflects the current needs of your target market at a time when every business is adapting to change?

Our researcher, Mike Stafford, contacts between 175 and 300 senior decision makers in businesses around the UK each week. He asks them about their real estate and what they plan to do in the future. Although it's hard work, Mike provides NB Real Estate with top unique insights and knowledge direct from decision makers.

If you're interested in finding out what's the next best move for you, get in touch.

Kind regards

Did you know?

Mike recently spoke with 300 key occupiers in Soho, and discovered, unsurprisingly, most tenants were planning to sit tight in the current environment. However, a good 20% intended to revisit the question of a move in the next 6-9 months. While some were in the process of downsizing, others were actually looking for space! Interestingly, the latter needs to be addressed immediately but the others were of ongoing interest.

For future monitoring, it is always useful to know the tenants' space aspirations. Contact me today, to find out how NB can help you.

Know your tenants' aspirations

Knowing market trends is only half the battle. At NB, we get in touch with key decision makers to understand their property strategy and how they anticipate changes in the future.

Mike Stafford has been in property for over 40 years, and has spent the past 10 years as a researcher.

On average, Mike makes 8,000 contacts annually. Sometimes it takes two or three times to get through to the correct person, but when he does, he asks the right questions.

So if you're in the selling game, how could you possibly implement a marketing strategy without this type of knowledge?
